Shipping, delivery & exchange

At Vizionsluxuryhair , we are committed to providing you luxury quality! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. When placing a order it will be processed in 1-3 business days and then tracking number is available within 48 hours after processing period, unless you purchase during a sale, or placed a pre order then the processing time is 4 to 7 business days. 

We only ship Monday through Friday, our Standard shipping will take 4-7 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 3-4 days on the West Coast via FedEx or UPS.

During major sales, our shipping time can take up to 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind.

If you are out of time and need your hair sooner? we got you covered! We offer an Express shipping ( 2-3 day air)
for on hand products and pre orders!
No shipping on weekends and Holidays. NO REFUNDS.


If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at vizionsluxuryhairinc@gmail.com to receive an exchange questionnaire. Then return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in it's original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
